Benchmarq is built by Enso DX in the Netherlands. Its founders, Jochem Bökkers and Sabrie Nedzhip, have designed and built web experiences for more than 20 years, with first-hand experience of building to European privacy principles and the GDPR. That experience is why Benchmarq runs deterministic, rule-based audits, does not harvest customer data and follows open web standards.

- Public pages only
- A scan reads what any crawler can fetch from your public pages. It needs no access to your source code, databases or visitor logs, so it never asks for them.
- No customer data harvesting
- Your URLs, scores and audit data are not used to train third-party AI models and are not shared between customers.
- Deterministic checks
- Each check is a fixed rule, not a model's judgement. The same page gets the same score on every scan.
- Open standards
- Checks test against published web standards and specifications, such as robots.txt, XML sitemaps and Schema.org, so you can verify every result yourself.

Is my website data kept private?
Benchmarq only scans publicly accessible pages. We don't store your site data. We do store your scan results, and they are private to your account unless you choose to share them.
Does Benchmarq use AI to score my site?
The audit does not use AI to score your site. The core tests are deterministic rules, so the same site gets the same result. Read the AI statement.
