Accessibility Statement

Benchmarq is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology.

Detailed accessibility statement contents

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required under the European Accessibility Act and applicable EU member state legislation.

Current status

We are in active development. We test our interface against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria and address issues as they are identified. Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet the standard.

What we support

The site is designed to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and browser-level zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality. We do not use content that flashes more than three times per second.

Known limitations

We are aware that some report outputs and data visualisations may not yet be fully accessible to assistive technologies. We are working to resolve this.

Feedback and contact

If you experience any barriers on this site or need content in an alternative format, contact us at info@benchmarq.io. We aim to respond within five business days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to the relevant national enforcement body in your EU member state.
