1. Who we are
Benchmarq is a product of Enso DX B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What data we collect
When you register or log in, we collect your email address and password (login credentials), unless you choose to authenticate using Google, HubSpot, or LinkedIn.
If you opt for a subscription, payment transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details. You can review Stripe's privacy practices in their Privacy Center.
We do not use cookies or client-side tracking tools that collect personal data. Our analytics are handled by Cloudflare Analytics, which is cookieless and processes only aggregated, anonymised traffic data.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect your email address and login details for the purpose of managing your account and providing access to our services. The legal basis for this processing under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) is the performance of a contract — specifically, providing you with the Benchmarq service.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used only to authenticate you and manage your account. We do not sell your personal data, add you to unsolicited marketing lists, or share your data with third parties (except as required to facilitate payment through Stripe).
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your email and account credentials for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to close your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third-party service providers that are essential to delivering our services, such as Stripe for payment processing and our email delivery provider for sending account-related notifications.
7. Your rights under GDPR
As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
