Benchmarq is a product of Enso DX B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

When you submit the early access request form, we collect your name, email address, and website domain. We do not collect payment details, location data, or any other personal information.
We do not use cookies or client-side tracking tools that collect personal data. Our analytics are handled by Cloudflare Analytics, which is cookieless and processes only aggregated, anonymised traffic data.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect your name, email, and domain for the sole purpose of providing you with early access credentials. The legal basis for this processing under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) is the performance of a contract — specifically, fulfilling your request for access to Benchmarq.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used only to send you your early access credentials. We do not add you to marketing lists, share your data with third parties, or store your information in a CRM or marketing platform.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your name, email, and domain only for as long as necessary to provide early access. Once your access has been granted and the early access period has ended, your data is deleted.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is processed only by Benchmarq B.V. and the email service used to deliver your access credentials.
7. Your rights under GDPR
As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
